Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Ellita London currently ships to the following countries:

United Kingdom

The Netherlands

We do not ship to other destinations at this time.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and external factors such as customs processing and local courier operations.

The delivery times below are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

United Kingdom: approximately 4–8 business days

The Netherlands: approximately 4–8 business days

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing items or visible damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)

A photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Packaging Notice

We take great care in packaging each order. However, if the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself remains intact and fully functional, the order will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information indicates that your order has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If required, you may contact us with proof of the carrier claim within 7 days of the delivery date. Orders marked as delivered cannot be refunded or replaced without confirmation from the carrier.


Order Modifications

Requests to modify your order (such as changes to address, quantity or items) can be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in preparation or transit, and modifications may no longer be possible.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Once order processing or shipment has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
